I have sort of a bucket list of things to do in Pittsburgh before we move. One of them was to take a stroll in one of the amazingly huge, and beautiful cemeteries they have here. There is one about 3 blocks a way from our home, so one Saturday evening, on a beautiful fall day the kids and I went on a little adventure. We were on a hunt to see who could find the oldest grave marker. Claire of course, beat us, finding one dated 1898 I believe.
Amongst all the gravestones there were numerous wildlife, birds and squirrels and even beavers in the pond. We even came across a herd of 6 or 7 deer and the girls had a great time sneaking up on them and getting some footage of them.
I can't wait to check off a few other things off my list, I better get moving though, we don't have much time left.
