III

After packing away his life for 3 months and going bed at 1:30 in the morning,
my studly husband woke up at 5 am while I was still snoring away (don't worry I don't snore, it just sounds better that way) and drove himself downtown.

He then ran 26.2 miles in the drizzly rain of Pittsburgh and completed his third marathon.
After which he drove himself home, took a shower, layed down for a bit then loaded up his bags for the ride to the airport. A 4 O'clock flight ended up leaving at 7 am the next morning, diverting him through Boston to make the usual 1 hour flight to New York. Meaning he didn't get into New York till about 11 am, on the first day of his internship.

It was quite a weekend for him, but as always he took it in stride and made the best of it.
Man do I feel like a lazy cry baby compared to him.
But I sure am proud of him.

Whaa? Why didn't you tell me he was running the marathon? That must be why he skipped our awesome class.

Um, so yeah, lots of screwovers with the flight. But he's probably like my husband who just figures it's not a problem when you don't have kids to deal with.

Oh my gosh, how awful! He must have been sick! I hope he's loving his internship, and you're doing okay without him.
