Favorites

I've been thinking a lot, about these two guys.

I often do. You see they are my two favorite men in the whole world. I am often put back in "place" when I feel sorry for myself and then think of all the things Thomas does for me, and I on the other hand don't do much for him. I am a spoiled snob.

Thomas had an amazing year at work. He is one loyal hard worker and for once, I think it was noted and he was rewarded. I'm so proud of him. To celebrate his success we took a quick getaway vacation to Disneyland since our annual passes expired this week.

We took everyone, including this little guy, for a short while at least. He was able to have a delectable dinner with us, go swimming, enjoy running around our hotel room for a night, pretty much all night, and his loyal daddy insisted on taking him on Pirates of the Caribbean and The Haunted Mansion, then this picture was taken and it was quite obvious he had all he could take and his sweet Auntie Carrie took him and spent two days spoiling him while the rest of us ran around Disneyland and California Adventure as fast as we could.

Hats were tried on.

Characters were met.


And at the end of the two days we were all beat, tired to the bone, and I missed my favorite little guy. How lucky I am to have two favorite men, one of who, drove us all safely home while we all snored and maybe drooled, away.
