Thomas treated me to another weekend away. This time to spend the weekend with my ultra-beautiful sister in laws in Colorado.

Tenille is getting married on the Fourth of July in Nauvoo and I was able to fly up with Rainier for the bridal shower that Tamzen threw for her.
My brother Darin and his family also live in Colorado so I was able to go up and have lunch with them on Friday afternoon. They met Rainier for the first time and he, as usual, cheesed it up for them. 
Rainier also got to meet his slightly younger cousin Owen (Born on my Birthday woo-hoo) and they had a blast playing together...okay maybe not yet, but believe me in 2 to 3 years they will for sure! Isn't Owen so cute, he is the sweetest little guy.
My mother in law, Teresa, flew in from Illinois and got to see Rainier after 8 long months, the last time she saw him he was only a week old. 
After being delayed for 4 hours in the airport Rainier and I were happy to be on our way home to AZ. Being gone for two weekends in a row was hard, I missed the girls and I missed Tommy quite a bit. But this trip was such a great reminder to me of how much I love Colorado and how much I LOVE all of Thomas' family. I have heard horror stories time and time again about in laws, but I love all of mine. They have made me feel like I belonged with them from day one and I enjoy being with them. They are some of the most giving and loyal people I have ever met. This weekend was just another reminder of what a fantastic family I have.
