My memory has lapsed.
It seems like the 5 years between Rainier and Ainsley has benefited him.
I forgot how one year olds love to press buttons, especially TV buttons.How they love to pull everything out of their places right after you put them away.
How much they love to touch everything, absolutely everything.
How much they are attracted to toilet paper rolls.
How much they love to throw everything.
How busy, busy, busy, they are.
Or how if you have to make an emergency trip to the bathroom at Target how hard it is to do that with a one year old on your lap.
How when they get hurt and cry, your heart melts completely.
How fun they are to watch.
How cute they are when they dance.
How quickly they can learn.
How sweet it is to have a little buddy around all the time.
How glad I am to greet him in the morning and see his sleepy smile.
How fun it is to take him out on errands and hear people squawk at him. I have even had old ladies dancing in lines to make him smile.
How easy it is to make him happy.
How much he makes me happy.
I LOVE my one year old.

he sure is a cutie! i'd forgotten about the toilet paper thing--isaac was so bad about that, unrolling entire rolls at a time.
Oh they are cute and stinky...but so fun! What will we do when they grow up and we don't have anymore babies?

I can't wait to hear about "TWO". Actually in all honesty the one thing you will remember the most is how much funnier things are when they are little. Getting out of bed with cute little faces, saying SHUT UP, farting and laughing, you get the point.

That was an adorable post! 1 year olds are wonderful! Sweet little smiles! Chubby little cheeks. And yours is quite a cutie!! I know my girls would take him home if they could. They love just seeing him in church!!
