In the wee hours of Christmas Morning Santa came and delivered....
a nice little car do-dad for Rain,

a keyboard for Ainsley dear,

the video camera Claire specifically asked him for,

and a sweet Polaroid camera with an instant sticker printer for Alli, since the old school one she asked for would have cost Santa an arm and a leg to replace the film periodically.

Then a brief reprieve for Christmas breakfast of Tommy's favorite; toasted bagels, cream
cheese and smoked salmon, and a few breakfast casseroles I may have made. One complete with
1/2 lb of butter, half and half, and just a
smidgen of brown sugar, that may have helped with my 5 lb weight gain over vacation. Merry Merry!

Then to the ripping open of presents, with 17 people staying in one house, it was quite a site to behold. Rain with what else, some sort of ball.

Ainsley with the much sought after gumball machine.

Claire enjoying her bounty.

And Alli girl so excited that her mom would actually buy her the clothes she asked for from the
Miley Cyrus line. Hmm will she regret that request in 6 years, most likely yes.
It was a wonderful Christmas, mostly because of the opportunity we had to spend it with Thomas' family. They are absolutely some of my favorite people to be with.
