It was crazy hair day at school today.
I have to admit that I had a ton of fun figuring out ways
to do the girls hair.
Alli's hair is a bit deceiving from the front...looks a little crazy but..
from the back it gets really crazy with a bird nest.

Complete with a baby bird.

I'm so glad Ainsley allowed me to do this to her hair, she was way into it.
Even adding extra extra sprays of hair spray after I left the room.

We glued candy wrappers to bobby pins and
wha-la...she told me she was the trash queen and proud of it. She's so funny.

I had a little harder time convincing Claire to do something crazy.

I went through idea after idea with her and then remembered I had some wood stars.
I agreed I would let her decorate them and then she agreed to let me put them in her hair.

She wouldn't smile about it all morning but finally when she got out of the car this morning and saw some friends she started smiling and liking it.
This is probably the most time I have ever spent on my girls hair for school, but I think it was definitely worth it.
